Most people don’t play board games as much as they’d like to. Not because they don’t love games — because coordinating five adults, a game, and a free evening is a scheduling boss fight nobody signed up for. The café removes the physical friction (350+ games, staff rules teaches, good coffee). Connect removes the scheduling friction (open LFG board, one-click joining, auto-booking). The dream? A first-time visitor at a Tuesday rules-teach ends up running their own weekly D&D campaign two months later.

Most nights have a theme. Show up and you’ll find tables ready to play.
Drop-in one-shots, continuing campaigns, and session zero for new parties rolling up characters. The tavern stays open until 11 PM so your party can actually finish the dungeon.
Rotating table hosts run everything from crunchy euro games to party favorites. Show up, check the board, and join whatever table has an open seat — no RSVP, no AP about what to bring.
Casual Friday — our busiest session. Expect a full house, lots of tables, and rules teaches happening everywhere. First-timers: this is your nat 20 night to jump in.
Relaxed Sunday sessions for the long-game crowd. Slower pace, deeper games, and the kind of table talk that makes a three-hour session feel like one.

You never need to know the rules before you show up. We run rules-teach tables and Learn to Play sessions specifically so you can jump in without that "everyone's waiting for me" feeling. No gatekeeping, ever.
Our 350+ game library is hand-picked by people who actually play these games. Every title is one we'd recommend — no broken components, no forgotten shelf-warmers, no duplicate editions padding the count.
Squarrel Connect exists because we'd rather help you find your next party than sell you another latte. The platform is free and always will be — think of it as the community board at your FLGS, but it actually works.
We build in the open, like a shared homebrew doc. Features ship when they're useful, not when they're profitable. Got a workflow you wish existed? Tell us — we usually end up building it. House rules welcome.

Food and drinks are ordered separately from the café counter. BYOG (bring-your-own-game) is totally welcome — the $8 table fee still applies since you’re paying for the space and the good vibes.
